So his zeppelin works absolutely fine not even a blip. It plays perfectly. So at this point i connect my speaker to his system which plays his fine and guess what my speaker isn't compatible with itunes.

Installed the 80 build but no difference. As noted, you have to try rolling back to the last build where it worked. Have send feedback. Depressingly the drones in support don't even update the input forms. I'm beginning to see Apple places no value in Mac users. We also pay real money for Apple products, it should merit some support. But given the standard brush off I have a l have a Libratone speaker bought about a month after the Zeppelin air and it still works flawless with iTunes. I think of the cost of this the consumer experience is terrible. But both Apple and Bowers and Wilkins have my money so I guess why should they care!

Sadly I dented the speaker cone of one of the high-toners and got it out again with a little bit of glue on a q-tip, but I'm not sure if audio quality suffered now. Not sure. Thx a lot anyway for providing the guide, so happy!
Hello, I have the same problem. The LED flash is always white. Resetting it is not possible. The Zeppelin does not have any function. As described I followed the instructions to check the capacitors, they don't have the shape of a "ballon".
Also, the fuse is fine. From the outside I haven't found anything else that doesn't seem as normal. Next, I want to connect the charger to power and check the amperage at the two exits the voltage.
