Cannot access antivirus website




















Looking at posts from other clients AVG has had a recent spate of complaints re opening websites - I suspect my problem was not related to your normal malware software development? I hope it does not happen again!!

But I still can not understand on implementing the solution. I am curently writing my thesis so any crash on my computer or file will actually destroy my exhausting works. I am realy new on computer things. I just happened to know that my computer is infected on sort of a virus or malware that hamper me from accessing antivirus updates and microsoft websites.

I don't know how to generate the computer log file Is it on the event viewer? If it is required to show my computer log file, please tell me how to do it. If some log exceeds 50, characters post limit, split it between couple of replies.
